By using FixMyGame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and display them as necessary to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not own or that violates others' rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes uploading illegal content, harassing other users, or attempting to breach security.
5. Coach-Athlete Relationship
FixMyGame is a platform connecting athletes and coaches. We are not responsible for the quality of coaching advice provided. Coaches are independent users of the platform.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep FixMyGame available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
FixMyGame is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
